GoCollect® unites collection, processing, and elution in a single, effortless step. It draws up a known volume of sample, lyses and stabilises it on contact, then releases it ready for molecular, lateral-flow, or biochemical testing. By building the front end of diagnostics directly into the material itself, ReadyGo turns sample handling from a manual step into a seamless part of detection, making precision begin at the point of collection.
Biosafe Lysis
ReadyGo has developed a new, biosafe chemistry for cell lysis that protects users and preserves performance. By eliminating guanidine thiocyanate, the chemistry typically used, GoCollect® offers a safer, simpler, and more adaptable workflow. Traditional chaotropic agents are hazardous, produce toxic waste, and limit downstream compatibility. Our approach removes those risks enabling direct sampling, easy disposal, and reliable results across molecular, protein, culture, and most biochemical assays.
Stabilising What Matters
GoCollect® knowhow protects nucleic acids from the moment of collection. Its proprietary blend of non-ionic surfactants, protective polymers, and buffering agents not only breaks open cells and viral particles, but instantly stabilises DNA and RNA. This prevents degradation and nuclease activity, keeping fragile genetic material intact during storage and transport even at ambient temperatures. The result is a clean, biosafe lysate that’s analysis-ready.

We are developing a GoCollect® that collects faecal material easily at home or in clinic to provide maximum biological information.
Broad applications
Faecal testing supports detection of infectious agents, gut microbiome profiling, cancer screening, inflammatory and metabolic monitoring, and emerging molecular diagnostics. With GoCollect® technology, biomolecules should remain stable for analysis or, if no lysing agent is used, preserved for in-lab culture. No cold chain, no immediate processing, and no specialist infrastructure required.
